ADR
Most people resolve their civil disputes without going through trial, and ADR can often help. ADR offers alternatives to trial including mediation, arbitration and settlement conferences. These informal processes are usually faster, more private, less expensive and less stressful than litigation and trial.
Enhanced Collections
The Enhanced Collections Division provides a service by assisting the public in paying delinquent court ordered fines and fees. After a review of the debtor's income and expenses realistic payment arrangements are established to meet the financial obligation.
Family Law
The Family Law Division of the Riverside Superior Court handles cases in which people are ending a marriage or registered domestic partnership, identifying a child’s legal parents, determining custody and visitation issues, establishing or enforcing child and spousal support or dealing with domestic violence issues.
GRand Jury
California is served by a grand jury system that provides a grand jury in each county empowered by law to bring indictments or perform an oversight function into the operation of county and municipal governments.

Small Claims
Small Claims court is a special civil court where disputes are resolved quickly and inexpensively. The rules are simple and informal. You may ask a lawyer for advice before you go to court, but a lawyer is not allowed to represent you in court.
