Welcome to the Riverside Superior Court's Online Copy Request System
If you know the case number, this online system allows you to request printed copies and certified copies of imaged documents that are not confidential and are available to the public. You can also request certified copies of court minute orders. All copy requests will be completed within 5 business days.
If you do not know the case number, you can access the court's Public Access system to conduct your own search.
If you have conducted your own search and cannot locate the case number, or do not know the case number, you can request the court to conduct a search for the records. It will take approximately 15 business days. A fee of $15.00 will be charged. [GC § 70627(c)] Request a Records Search
How to purchase Certified and Non-certified court documents that are open to public inspection, if you know the case number.

Civil, Small Claims, Unlawful Detainers (Eviction)
- Certified copies of documents for Civil cases must be purchased using the Online Copy Request system.
- Non-certified copies of Civil case documents are available on our Public Access site. California Rules of Court 2.500 - 2.507 allows non-certified documents for Civil cases only to be instantly available via the internet.
- Family Law
- Both certified and non-certified copies of documents for Family law cases must be purchased using the Online Copy Request system.
- Probate
- Certified copies for Probate cases must be purchased using the Online Copy Request system.
- Non-certified Copies
- Non-certified copies of documents for 'selected' Probate case types are available on our Public Access site.
- Documents that are not available on our Public Access site can only be purchased using the Online Copy Request system
- Criminal & Traffic
- Currently not available
Fee Schedule
- The fee for copies is $.50 per page. [GC § 70627(a)]
- The fee for certified minute orders is $1.00 per minute order plus the $25.00 certification fee per document. [GC § 70627(a) & GC § 70626(a)(4)]
- The fee for certifying documents is $25.00 per document. [GC § 70626(a)(4)]
- The fee for a certified Family Law Judgment (divorce decree) is $15.00 per judgment. [GC § 70674]
- If you do not know the case number and would like the court to conduct a search of our records, a fee of $15.00 will be charged. [GC § 70627(c)]

5 pages or less - $0.47
6 pages to 25 pages - $1.50
26 pages to 50 pages - $3.00
50 pages or more - $4.95
*Postage fees take into account the weight of documents for the postage rate and the cost of envelopes.

Information Regarding Purged Records
If you cannot find the court record you are searching for, it may be because it has been purged/removed from the database. The Riverside Superior Court routinely purges court records pursuant to Government Code Section 68152. You can find a copy of Government Code Section 68152 at www.leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html
