Use this program to request your motion hearing date if the department where your case is assigned accepts requests.
You will be charged the applicable first paper or motion fee, a $30 court reporter fee (if there is a court reporter assigned to your department), or a $20 postponement fee at the time you file the paperwork with the court.
To expedite your motion filing, place the appropriate court request number (e.g. RES XXXX) on each motion being submitted.

All motions and related documents shall be filed with the clerk’s office according to statute. Once this paperwork is filed with the court your request shall be confirmed.

Please Note: You will be charged a fee of $20 for each postponement when the motion is filed.
The moving party is responsible for preparing and serving any notices relating to a postponement of a motion request hearing date (if applicable). The court will not notify any parties of request postponements.
