Administrative Order - Electronic Filing

The eSubmit program allows court customers to deliver documents to the court securely via the internet.

The documents must be in non-editable Portable Document Format (PDF) and cannot exceed 50MB each. The program will request information required for processing and allow documents to be uploaded and transmitted to the selected court. The documents will be received and processed electronically.

Important considerations

Editable/fillable PDF forms must be converted to non-editable format (see eSubmit Instructions)

Credit card payments cannot be made using Internet Explorer on Windows 7 or older.

A $1.85 transaction fee will be applied to all non-exempt submissions.

The eSubmit portal will accept up to 15 documents and one case per submission.

Please note that the filing cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. for documents submitted in person and via courthouse drop boxes. Pursuant to CCP § 1010.6(b)(2) any document received electronically by the court via eSubmit between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m. on a court day is deemed filed on that court day. Any document that is received electronically on a non-court day shall be deemed filed on the next court day. View public notice.
