Standard 10.20 of the California Rules of Court, Court’s Duty to Prevent Bias Section (d), Information Regarding Complaint Procedures.

To file a complaint of bias in court interactions based on protected classifications, as listed in (b)(1) of above Standard, please proceed as follows:

Complaints about court employees should be sent:
