Pooling arrangements have been ordered by Judge Eric Keen for all hearings in the case of People of the State of California v. Owen and Gary Shover (case RIF1900705) held in Department 53. See court order below. Pooling arrangements must be made directly between members of the media. On the day of the hearing, pooled media must report to the courtroom and follow the instruction of the courtroom deputy. If you are not a pooled reporter, you may be allowed into the courtroom as a spectator without any recording equipment, however seating will be limited so please plan accordingly. Please follow instruction by the courtroom deputy. The courtroom does not provide space within the courthouse to stage media equipment. Entry into the courthouse will be directed by the Sheriff's Office as appropriate. Full screening requirements apply.
