Clerk’s Office staff can only conduct searches using the date of birth and/or driver's license number when the requesting party is the defendant to which the search applies and only then upon showing of valid identification.

If you are seeking local summary criminal history information as defined by Penal Code section 13300, you must complete the Declaration Pursuant to Penal Code 13300 (Local Form RI-CR093).
