In fact, these funds are associated with civil trust accounts, including but not limited to jury services and related matters.

Please be advised the Court is experiencing delays in traffic citation processing.

As a result, you may not be able to locate your citation when searching in the Court’s database. If your citation is not yet showing in the Courts system, please contact the traffic call center at 951-222-0384 for further instructions. Your citation will not be considered delinquent, and your date to pay and/or appear will be adjusted if your ability to timely remit payment or appear in Court has been adversely impacted by this delay.

Notice:

The Online Copy Request, Certified Copy Request, and Request Records Search programs will no longer be available as of Thursday, January 16th, at 5:00 PM.

We’re excited to announce that new and improved services are coming soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Substance Abuse & Family Treatment Services

Family Preservation Court

Substance abuse and family treatment services are provided through the Family Preservation Court program.

A dependency case is filed on behalf of the dependent children to ensure their safety and protection. County Counsel represents the people of the state of California. A Social Worker with the Department of Public Social Services provides services and oversees the dependency case. Juvenile Defense Counsel may be appointed to represent the minors; separate counsel may be appointed to represent the parent(s) or guardian(s).

Family Preservation Court provides intensive services for families with parents suffering from substance abuse with a focus on child well-being.

Family Preservation Court targets families with a dependency case filed through the Post-Filing program and families at risk of losing their children due to abuse and neglect as a result of substance abuse through the Pre-Filing program.
