NOTICE

After Hours Court Relief on Election Day
Tuesday, June 2, 2026

If you require urgent election-related court relief after business hours on Election Day on June 2, 2026, please contact the Riverside County Registrar of Voters (ROV). If election laws do not provide an immediate solution, the County Registrar of Voters will help you contact Superior Court officials so that you may present your request to a judge.

To locate the telephone number and address for your County Registrar of Voters, please visit the California Secretary of State’s website: www.sos.ca.gov/elections/voting-resources/county-elections-offices/.

If you are considering asking the court for immediate relief about an elections issue on Election Day (after business hours), please review California Rules of Court 3.1200 - 3.1207, which describe the “ex parte” procedures that will apply. Those rules are available on the California Courts’ website: www.courts.ca.gov/rules.htm

The California Secretary of State’s website also provides a copy of the Voter’s Bill of Rights available in multiple languages, along with the phone number for the Secretary of State’s Voter Hotline: www.sos.ca.gov/elections/voter-bill-rights/.
